1. Use of the Site

2. Accounts
- To create fundraisers or partner as a brand, you must register and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Fundraisers and Payments
- Organizations and brands using FlockFund agree to follow our fundraising rules and policies.
- FlockFund charges a 3% fee on total sales for each campaign.
- Brands set their donation percentage in their account preferences and will be the calculated from the total sales of the fundraising campaign
4. Content
- You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant FlockFund a license to display it on the platform.
- You agree not to post content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on others’ rights.
5. Disclaimer
- FlockFund provides the platform “as is” and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of services.
- We are not responsible for the actions of users or the success of fundraising campaigns.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlockFund is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be posted on FlockFund.co.
