HOW THE PROCESS WORKS FOR ORGANIZATIONS

STEP 1

CREATE FLOCKFUND ACCOUNT. ADD YOUR ORGANIZATION.

Start by creating a FlockFund account and setting up your organization. Once your account and organization is set up, you can select a brand you're interested in selling.

STEP 2

START SHARING YOUR FUNDRAISING PAGE.

Start sharing your fundraising page—this is the place where supporters can shop from the brand you partnered with.

STEP 3

RECEIVE DONATION WHEN CAMPAIGN IS OVER.

When your campaign wraps up, FlockFund will send the funds directly to you. The orders from your campaign will be synced with the brand's Shopify account and transactional emails will be issued from the brand.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS FOR BRANDS

STEP 1

CREATE FLOCKFUND ACCOUNT. ADD YOUR BRAND.

Start by creating a FlockFund account and setting up your brand. Once your account is setup, you can choose a default donation amount.

STEP 2

ADD YOUR PRODUCTS.

Use the default Shopify product export to easily import your proucts into FlockFund. Choose to include existing products for organizations to choose from or create unique bundles specific for fundraisers.

STEP 3

IMPORT ORDERS INTO SHOPIFY.

When your campaign ends, simply export the campaign orders and import them directly into your Shopify store. From there, you can fulfill and manage orders using your existing Shopify workflow. All customer details and order data are seamlessly transferred to your Shopify account, ensuring you retain full ownership of the customer relationship.
