HOW DONATIONS WORK

FlockFund makes giving easy and transparent—brands choose their donation percentage, and only a small fee goes to FlockFund.

1. BRANDS SET DONATION 
AMOUNT

Brands set a default donation percentage of the total sales. Remember, the higher the better.

2. FLOCKFUND PlATFORM FEES

We believe in transparent pricing. FlockFund has a 3% flat fee for each fundraising campaign.

3. ORGANIZATIONS RECEIVE 
DONATION

Once the fundraising campaign concludes, FlockFund delivers the amount set by the brand, minus FlockFund's fee. It's that simple.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS FOR BRANDS

STEP 1

CREATE FLOCKFUND ACCOUNT. ADD YOUR BRAND.

Start by creating a FlockFund account and setting up your brand. Once your account is setup, you can choose a default donation amount.

STEP 2

ADD YOUR PRODUCTS.

Your Shopify products will sync to your FlockFund account. Choose to include existing products for organizations to choose from or create unique bundles specific for fundraisers.

STEP 3

ORDERS ARE SYNCED INTO SHOPIFY.

Once the campaign concludes, the orders from the fundraising campaign are synced to your Shopify account. You can then process each order as you normally would.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO 
BE A BRAND ON FLOCKFUND?

Zero! There are no costs for you to register and list your brand on FlockFund. The only fees are a 3% platform fee for each fundraiser.

CAN I REVIEW AND 
APPROVE FUNDRAISERS?

Yes, you'll have the ability to review fundraiser requests from brands and approve which campaigns will run.

CAN I CHANGE MY DONATION
AMOUNT?

Yes, you can always change your default donation amount. In the future, you'll have the ability to change the donation amount for each campaign.

CAN I CHANGE THE PRODUCT
COST?

At this time, the product cost will be the same as your Shopify store.

HOW DO ORDERS GET FULFILLED?

Once the campaign is over, we'll sync the orders from the campaign into your Shopify account. You can then process orders as you normally would.

CAN I ENABLE/DISABLE FLOCKFUND 
AT ANY TIME?

You can choose to enable or disable FlockFund at anytime in your FlockFund account.
